Dave served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard H. Sothoron on the Prince George's County Circuit Court. Dave is admitted to practice in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

Dave worked at two of the countries largest law firms before attending law school. He volunteers with Children’s Aid Society, one of Charles County’s most important non-profits serving children. Dave was born and raised in Charles County, and his family has deep roots here.

Dave was born & raised in Charles County. He attended Archbishop Neale School in La Plata, where his mother still works. His wife is a teacher at Mudd Elementary and he lives in Waldorf with his family.
