

Tucker Clagett
B.A. High Point College, North Carolina, 1991
Tucker has one of the largest Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury practices in Southern Maryland. He is an experienced litigator, winning jury trials in courts around the state, and successfully litigating several appeals in Maryland’s Appellate Courts.
Tucker is very active in the community and loves to serve through various community groups and non-profit agencies, some of which he created. He is on the Board of Directors of Alternatives for Youth & Families, Inc., a child welfare agency in Charlotte Hall. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Waldorf, and the Waldorf Rotary Club. He is a founder of the Jericho Project, formed to assist the poor residents of Charles County, and he provides free legal support to his church’s Living Water Project designed to put running water in homes of families without it. Tucker is also a member of the Mason Springs Conservancy, which purchased an environmentally sensitive piece of land along the Mattawoman Creek to protect it from pollution while leaving it open to local fisherman who have been fishing there for decades.
Tucker was born & raised in Upper Marlboro. He lives with his family in White Plains.
