Our History: Andrews, Bongar, Starkey & Clagett, is one of the oldest and largest Southern Maryland law firms. Our attorneys have been serving our clients here for 40 years. Founded in 1964 by George Andrews & Bob Schick, the firm quickly gained a reputation for quality and service. The law firm was built on real estate in those early days, but expanded into other general practice areas in the 1970’s. We have grown steadily since then, adding attorneys and practice areas to better serve our clients.

Our Personality: As we have grown, we retained the personality and vision of the founders of our place in Southern Maryland – a friendly, honest law firm serving the public with high quality legal work and good service. As part of that service, the attorneys and staff of Andrews, Bongar, Starkey & Clagett have always been actively involved in bettering our community.
