Jessica has several years of experience in Charles County handling complex zoning, subdivision, and administrative law matters. She has represented many large developers and is well known to the local real estate community and the members of local government.
Jessica’s varied experiences allow her to assist clients in obtaining permits and other development-related approvals (concept plans, preliminary plans, site development plans, and final plats). Her current clients include builders and developers in Maryland, and recent tasks have involved compliance with the Critical Area Law, dispute resolution with homeowners associations, and counseling clients on how to obtain waivers, special exceptions, and variances with local Boards of Appeal.
She is the chair of the Environmental Subcommittee of the Charles County Liaison Committee of the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association. She also serves as co-chair of the Choose Charles Committee of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce.
Jessica grew up in Chicago, and moved to the Washington, DC area to serve as an analyst with the Census Bureau. She served as a legislative aide for a U.S. Congressman, and was stationed in Darmstadt, Germany with the US Army JAG Corps while attending Georgetown Law School. She lives in Bryans Road with her husband.
