Chip was a highly regarded prosecutor in the Charles County State’s Attorneys Office when he joined the firm in 1979. He further expanded the practice by adding criminal law to our portfolio. He soon took an interest in bankruptcy law, and built Southern Maryland’s most highly regarded bankruptcy practice in a very short time.
